I believe that success in business depends on many things, and for us, synergy is key.  Synergy depends on how well the parties in a business relationship fit, align and function together.  The stronger the synergy, the better the results for both parties!  While we would love to work with everyone, we realize that we may not be the right solution for every organization.

• Focus only on the short-term, and can't see the big picture.

• Operate with a win-lose mindset. We prefer win-win!

• Constantly make excuses and don't take action.

• Are afraid of change.  

• Are not willing or unable to learn new technology or software applications.

• Don't respond to email or phone calls. 

• Demand things be done "right now!", but fail to do their part.

• Exhibit disrespectful or discriminate behavior.

• Manipulate and bully to get what they want.
